- Led the development of the personalized skincare line of products.
- Created comprehensive go-to-market content and engaging workshops to educate users and drive adoption.  
- Actively gathered and analyzed market feedback and user analytics post-launch, leading a strategic pivot to create an AI powered skincare recommendation system to better align with user needs and preferences.

The data-driven pivot directly resulted in a 25% lift in user engagement, indicating improved product-market fit and responsiveness to customer needs.
