Challenge

To establish a foothold and drive adoption for a novel phygital marketplace in the nascent and complex Web3/metaverse sector. This required overcoming high user friction associated with Web3 technologies (like wallet creation) and educating both B2C users and B2B partners about the value of immersive commerce.

My Role & Key Contributions

- Product Marketing & GTM Strategy: Spearheaded the vision and go-to-market strategy for new immersive products and features.
- Collaborated extensively with product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Conducted in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product positioning and messaging.
- Product Launch & User Onboarding: Led the strategy and positioning for the launch of a phygital marketplace built on Unreal Engine. Championed and integrated a streamlined Web3 wallet creation process directly into the onboarding flow to minimize friction for new users.
- Marketing & Sales Enablement: Developed branding materials, multi-format content, compelling messaging, and sales collateral to support partnership and adoption efforts. Managed both freelancers and in-house resources.

Impact & Results

- Successfully launched the phygital marketplace with a simplified Web3 onboarding, leading to a 25% increase in partner conversion rates.
- Drove product strategy for immersive commerce and metaverse-native brand integrations, contributing to a 10% boost in customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
